How does ticketing work? |

E-Tickets for Perth Tram Company are sold exclusively through our own website or our affiliate organisations. Simply print off your ticket and hand it to our drivers in exchange for travel. Make sure you have accompanying photo ID or the credit card used for its purchase. |

Can I just take the Kings Park Tram Tour? |

Yes. The Kings Park Tram Tour departs from the Kings Park Wadjuk Carpark. Tickets are $8 for adults and $4 for children and need to be purchased direct from the driver. They are not available for purchase online. Tickets are valid for one day and you can hop on and hop off within the park as much as you like. If you choose to stay on board, the tour duration is 30 minutes. This tour is included FREE with your Perth Tram or Double Decker Bus City Explorer ticket. |

Can I just take the South Perth Tour with Zoo Stop? |

Yes. The South Perth Tour with Zoo Stop on-board our open-top double decker bus departs Barrack Street Jetty. Return tickets are $8 for adults and $4 for children and need to be purchased direct from the driver. Tickets are valid for one day and are not able to be purchased online. If you choose to stay on board, the tour duration is 30 minutes. This tour is included FREE with your Perth Tram or Double Decker City Explorer & South Perth Tour with Zoo Stop ticket. |

If you care to combine your tour with a visit to Burswood Entertainment Complex or Kings Park, you can park your car at these locations free of charge. Please refer to our timetable to view the specific times our tours depart from these locations. |

I am catching public transport into the city. Where is the closest stop to board the tour? |

Murray Street Shopping Mall, Stop 17, is a short walk from the Perth Train Station. Barrack Street Jetty, Stop 1, is the nearest stop to the Esplanade Station. Our stop is positioned just behind the Swan Bell Tower. |

Do you operate on weekends and public holidays? |

We usually run seven days a week throughout the year. The Perth Tram City Explorer & Kings Park Tour and the Double Decker City Explorer & South Perth Tour with Zoo Stop operate on every public holiday except Christmas Day. The Tourist Trifecta tours operate every day except Good Friday and Christmas Day. |

Where can I purchase tickets? |

What if I can't travel on the original date of my E-ticket? |

If you have a ticket for the Double Decker City Explorer & South Perth Tour with Zoo Stop or the Perth Tram City Explorer & Kings Park Tour and are unable to travel on the original date of your e-ticket, you are welcome, without prior notice to us, to simply board the tour on an alternative day at your preferred boarding location. Your tickets must be used within six months of the original date specified. Tourist Trifecta and Trifecta Plus tour patrons are also welcome to change the date of their tour but must provide at least 24-hours notice by phone (08) 9322 2006 or e-mail. |

Is smoking or drinking permitted aboard your vehicles? |

For the health and safety of our passengers and drivers, smoking is not allowed on our vehicles. Alcohol consumption is also not permitted. Charter groups may transport unopened alcoholic beverages in an esky for use at their destination. You are permitted to consume snacks and soft drinks while travelling on the tours. |

Do you offer discounts for group bookings on your tours? |

Yes. For groups consisting of 10 people or more, we offer 20% discount on our Double Decker City Explorer & South Perth Tour with Zoo Stop and our Perth Tram City Explorer & Kings Park Tour. We also take $5 off the regular ticket price of our Tourist Trifecta tours. Group bookings must be made in advance and tickets purchased directly by calling (08) 9322 2006. |

Can your vehicles accommodate wheelchairs and prams? |

Prams can be stored in the rear carriage section of the tram and on the lower deck of the double decker bus. Persons in wheelchairs are welcome to board the tour although they must be able to alight from their chair and navigate up two steps to board the vehicles. Up to two wheelchairs can be stored in the rear carriage section of the tram and lower deck of the double decker bus. Ask our friendly drivers for assistance. |

I'm a Tourist Trifecta Passenger. Do I have to take my boat cruise/Fremantle tour on Day 1 and my hop on, hop off Tour on Day 2? |

No - with advanced notice to us you can swap your days so you can enjoy your hop on, hop off tour on Day 1 and your boat cruise/Fremantle tour on Day 2. In these circumstances, you would need to advise us by e-mail or phone on (08) 9322 2006. |

Do I need to take my Tourist Trifecta or Trifecta Plus Tour over 2 consecutive days? |

If you provide good reason why you cannot (perhaps you are booked on another tour in between?) we can make arrangements for Day 1 and Day 2 to be taken non-consecutively. However, they must be taken within seven days of one another. Please e-mail us. |

Where is the pick up point for the Tourist Trifecta and Trifecta Plus Tours? |

Our tram provides complimentary hotel pick ups from Perth City hotels located in the CBD. Please be waiting out the front of the hotel and not in the lobby. Alternatively, you can board the tour at one of our centrally located city stops. Pick ups take place between 8am - 9:10am and should be listed on your e-voucher. Alternatively, call (08) 9322 2006 to confirm a pick up time and location. |

What time do the Tourist Trifecta and Trifecta Plus Tours finish? |

At approximately 5pm the ferry will return to Barrack Street Jetty. The open-top double decker bus will meet you at this time and drop you back to your hotel or centrally located tourist stop. |
