The Perth Tram Company is a well-respected tour company operating in Perth.

It has been recognised for its contribution to Western Australian Tourism over the past 25 years in giving tourists, locals and international guests an experience and a greater understanding of the history, heritage and culture of Perth. It is a proud recipient of the City of Perth Heritage Award and the prestigious Silver Medal for WA Tourism.

The wooden replica trams were built locally to resemble the first trams in operation in Perth in 1899. Nowhere in the world will one find trams identical to the style of the Perth Tram. They have the "old world" charm of yesteryear, offering a unique opportunity to discover the history of Perth in surroundings that complement the experience.

When the Perth Tram Company began, it was the first tourism business of its type. It was 18 months before the Americas Cup when two enterprising gentlemen developed the idea of running a service for locals and tourists around Perth, Kings Park and Burswood with a live commentary by the driver. The Perth "City Explorer Tour" started shortly after the opening of the Burswood Casino. In 2008 Perth Tram Company extended its fleet to include the open top double decker style vehicle to offer patrons a more holistic touring experience.

Throughout the years the Perth Tram Company has been seen by millions of locals and tourists in Perth. Over the past two decades the Perth Trams have become a familiar site within the city and as a result have become an icon of Perth.
